WHAT IS CWAS GLOBAL
Domestically CWAS has grown rapidly in the area of dairy veterinary medicine, dairy nutrition and agronomy, and is expanding global outreach in these areas as well. These combined areas help CWAS to provide its clients a well-rounded and dynamic set of consulting abilities.

CWAS GLOBAL ROOTS
CWAS (Central Wisconsin Ag Services) is a production driven organization, conceived from a large scale modern day dairy, Heller Farm, Inc. and row crop producer, Kujak-Heller Farm, LLC. Decisions are rooted from the perspective of the farm/plantation level with professional authority and oversite from experienced agronomists, veterinarians, nutritionists, and resource managers.
CWAS GLOBAL MISSION
CWAS' mission is to utilize its "farm level out" perspective to implement and develop a working, turnkey operation from our farm to your farm. We will evaluate each component in the dairy or plantation development as if it were being implemented on our own, a privately owned and free market-based production operation.
CWAS GLOBAL PHILOSOPHY
It is the CWAS philosophy that each farm must stand on its own, from both a daily operations level to a long-term financial viability basis. Product procurement and implementation will be closely scrutinized to ensure the long-term success of the dairy or plantation.
CWAS will focus on practical farming practices and the adoption of technology that will allow the plantation operators to oversee and manage the plantation utilizing low inputs but modern technologies and techniques. As the plantation or dairy operators become more experienced, the lands become established, and the technology transfer channels open, growth and development will allow for the implementation of more complex technologies.
Much like a natural system that starts basic but grows and evolves over time. CWAS will assist in setting the stage for growth and maturity within the project. With success, growth and maturity will expand outward, impacting the local agricultural industry and beyond.
