Daily Maintenance and Upkeep of all Upgrading Equipment and Supporting Infrastructure Owned by Liberty Renewables (Excluding Parts, Services that Require Plumbing or Electrical License)

Snow Removal, including snow blowing and plowing, sidewalk and step clearing, maintenance pad maintenance, salting and de-icing.  (Equipment, Salt, Sand, Included) 

Landscaping, including mowing, edging, and trimming grass regularly to maintain a neat and tidy appearance. (Equipment Included)

Follow and manage safety and emergency protocols with Liberty Renewables coordination.

On locations where Liberty Owns manure structures and equipment, daily maintenance and upkeep of all manure systems. (Excluding Parts, Services that Require Plumbing or Electrical License)
