CWAS Renewables is a direct subsidiary of Central Wisconsin Ag Services (CWAS), which is a United States-based consulting company, founded in 2014 by Cody Heller and John Borzillo, DVM. CWAS was founded as a new generation of agricultural services, intent on meeting the demands of an evolving world in production agriculture; both domestically and globally. Moreover, Cody Heller (Partner and CEO) founded the company on the principles of what he desires as the “ideal service model” for his own United States based family farm, Heller Farm Inc. 

Dr. John and Cody designed CWAS to employ or subcontract leading industry professionals who possess the same drive and high degree knowledgebase to expand dairy and crop production, both domestically and abroad. CWAS does this through a large, worldwide network of human and material resources, which it relies upon to provide the agricultural knowledge and professional contacts necessary to achieve stated goals. 

Domestically CWAS has grown rapidly in the area of dairy veterinary medicine, dairy nutrition, hoof health, agronomy, and agronomics. Globally CWAS has performed multiple turn-key dairy farm installations, and large crop plantation installs throughout Southeast Asia. These projects include the complete design-build, procurement, shipment, installation, training, and operations and maintenance of all locations for a minimum of two years after a full local turn-over occurs to ensure smooth and proper operations. 

CWAS throughout the past eight years has developed a team of eight operations and management specialists. Each from a varied backgrounds and experiences all stemming from the agriculture industry. All our staff still have working farms of various sizes and scopes, which demonstrates the assimilated directive to animal and plant agriculture. Our operations and management leader, Bill Douglas has operated and repaired the Heller digester prior to his most recent two-year role performing a full farm install and operations in Central Borneo, Indonesia. Our other team members are licensed mechanics and heavy machine operators, along with team members that specialize in construction and pipefitting. Our team works cohesively to ensure the correct team member is performing the role and responsibility that most economically, professionally, and appropriately suits their skill set. 

Because CWAS works globally through multiple time zones with crop support and veterinary medicine, CWAS and its team members understand the twenty-four hour a day, way of life. CWAS has a constant on-call team in every sector, spanning the United States, Egypt, and Indonesia. Our team is our most valuable asset, consisting of a diversified staff, committed to providing high-quality services through a team-based, hands-on, and technical approach.  Over the years, we have developed a reputation for delivering technically sound solutions, on time, and within established budgets. Moreover, due to our company size, location, and prior built relationships we can provide a more nimble and efficient approach to Liberty’s Operations and Maintenance needs.
